the Buddha
The
Tian Tan Buddha is the largest outdoor, seated, bronze Buddha in the
world, and one of the five great Buddhas of China. It is located
at the Po Lin monastary atop Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It is
hollow
inside, and houses a description of the travels of the Buddha, and is a
reliquary of some of the remains of the Buddha.
